Fun facts:
  • Serious sweet tooth - anything chocolate! Except for chocolate croissants, I prefer almond for some reason

  • Went to University of Ottawa for business, accounting specialization
  • I lived in Den Haag, The Netherlands for five months
  • Lived in London, England for five years

  • My husband is from Venezuela, we both have Polish descent and we have two wildly fascinating little girls

Why am I a Health Coach:
Food and nutrition have always been a passion of mine.  I would binge watch the Food Network when I was a kid.  I enthusiastically took on the role of main cook in my household growing up when I was about 12 years old.  So I have a LOT of experience cooking wholesome, homemade meals from scratch - which I believe is the KEY to health and well being.  I am now a mum of two young girls so I understand the issue of lack of time and energy to make healthy meals that are also delicious.  I have been cooking for my husband of nearly 10 years, who seems to have dealt with every digestive issue under the sun.  Consequently, I have adapted my cooking to every dietary style he's tried to adhere to over that time period.  I am personally VERY familiar with cooking meals that are solely or some combination of dairy-free, gluten-free, starch-free, sugar-free, vegan, raw-vegan, paleo, keto and more.  I'm not a superstar chef by any means.  I'm just a REAL wife and mom who has figured out how to cook REAL food on a budget with little time. 

Due to my passion and constant desire to learn more about food, health and well-being in general I decided to enroll in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where I've been studying a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
I am incredibly excited to engage in this journey and to so humbly invite you along to join me. 

MY TRAINING

I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
